Tobacco Dependence Treatment Clinic is held every Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the DHMC Health Education Center on Level 4 East Mall. Come in for a no cost appointment by calling (603)-653-9456 or Drop-ins are welcome.
Living Free of Tobacco Support Group sponsored by Dartmouth-Hitchcock Tobacco Treatment Clinic. The free information group meetings run from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., on the second Wednesday of every month, in the DHMC Health Education Center, Level 4, East mall.
This group is for anyone who has quit tobacco or is considering quitting tobacco.

Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center
Mt. Ascutney Hospital has joined 13 other Vermont Hospitals in offering a Tobacco Cessation Program. Contact the Mount Ascutney Tobacco cesstion coordintor at 802-674-7089.
Gifford Medical Center
Gifford’s tobacco cessation program holds an on-going support group/class that meets every Web(Monthly). evening from 5:30-6:30pm. People who are thinking about quitting can come anytime. Anyone who joins the group and sets a quit date can receive free patches, gum or lozenges shipped directly to their home.

Health Connections Fresh Start Program
Helping people quit tobacco use is one of Health Connections’ main goals. Health Connections conducts the American Cancer Society’s Fresh Start Quit Tobacco Program for adults throughout the Upper Valley. Fresh Start is a 4-6 week program that convenes for 1 hour each week to provide support for people who want to quit tobacco. Program participants receive a free supply of nicotine replacement aides (patch, gum, lozenges). Health Connections reaches out to businesses and organizations to offer the Fresh Start program.
