Health Connections was there!
BALE and the Royalton Community – led by Chris Wood – put on a spectacular event: we had a great response from participants visiting our table that day. We spent the afternoon talking to adults, teens, and children about not using tobacco, healthy eating, and active living choices. One of our visitors, the most memorable story of the night for us, stated he desired to quit smoking on his wife’s birthday. This was a truly inspiring outcome and we hope they both (and everyone thinking of quitting) work together through your strides to kick the habit. Best of luck – we are here for support as well!

- Get support from family and friends – stay positive and celebrate the progress you make.
- Be physically active – start exercising or exercising more.
